The Federal Communications Commission have cited a number of retailers of Rocky Mountain Radar (RMR) products on January 31, 2007. These companies include:

Auto-Radar-Detectors.com
These citations indicate that the listed retailers have violated Sections 302(b) and 302(a) of the Federal Communications Act.
The citation states if the retailers continue to sell, market or ship the RMR-S201 and/or the RMR-C450 that they would be fined $11,000 a day for each violation!
As of March 1st, it appears that Auto-Radar-Detectors.com removed all the RMR products from their website(s) and that the Twister Group and Electronic Retail Solutions Inc. removed the RMR – C450 and the Phazor, but are still carrying other RMR jammer/scrambler products.
Contacts close to the investigation have indicated that additional citations will be issued for other retailers and distributors of the Rocky Mountain Radar (RMR) products within the near future.
