On April 17th through the 19th Radar Roy hosted the 2015 Radar Detector and Laser Jammer Shootout in Surprise Arizona.

During this 3-day event over 45 radar detector enthusiasts and manufactures tested over 15 radar detectors

During this video recorded during this event you’ll witness the poor performance of the Rocky Mountain RMR-C495 during an instant on test using a 35.5 Ka-band police radar gun.

Although the RMR-c495 preformed poorly during this test, one other radar detector even scored worse, it was the Ghost radar detector from Radar Shield Technologies.

    Maybe you can show next year how it can't scramble police gun or jam. Have a camera in both vehicles.

      Well again if there were you would be fined $50,000 if you owned it and the seller would also be fined and if convicted spend 5 years in prison. If you want protection against radar technology consider getting something that does work like a good radar detector - https://www.radarbusters.com/
